I attended a work shop that Mike Shinton ran in July 2006 working with "Goal Setting & Life Purpose".
It changed the way I set goals but also got me to question myself as to my life's direction, Mike works in a very inspirational way, creating a fun, open & relaxed atmosphere allowing real gems to surface in you.
We all know our own answers, but quite often not the questions, Mike will pose questions that push into areas of yourself not explored before.
His work shop was very interactive with everyone contributing and bouncing ideas off each other. Having never met any of the other delegates before we were working as a team after just a few hours together creating great results.
That was a little over 12 months ago, and I worked with the principles and questions Mike facilitated. Within 2 months I had the basis of my life purpose worked out and have achieved many of the goals I set for myself.
A couple of the principles Mike works with and teaches "An attitude of gratitude" & "self empowerment"
