At the Z Factor we believe in people. Specifically the latent potential that we all have. In the right environment, and with the right direction and encouragement, we all have the potential to shine. We run courses, workshops and seminars based on our simple philosophies that bring benefits for individuals and organisations of all sizes. They are all based on the belief that the better and more positive that you feel about yourself, the better you will perform in all aspects of your life. It's been described as 'simple, but not easy' , and I guess that just about sums it up. The content of the site is very representative, but not exhaustive.
